The premier gluttony

Lust generally has one meaning, and it is indeed a useless passion. It takes what little bit of love that might’ve developed into great love and turns it into a selfish want to act upon, which takes center stage; in time, it is one of those cardinal sins that many let slide by in their lives or wink at in others’. We even disagree with what defines porn, for the sake of protecting this sin. The fact is, we all know someone young or older or old of both genders who was raped/ravaged in some way to feed someone’s lust. We’ve all known someone jailed for it. And of course, the current Presidency has become one of lust’s poster boys; I’d be surprised if anyone argued that with me.

Thank you. Unfortunately, it’s true. Not even lust can eclipse love, but it can certainly kneecap it unto permanent deformity.

Excellent. Maybe it’s like asking your brain to choose between simple sugars now and complex carbs later. You can train your brain, but it probably prefers the simple while your body benefits for the more complex form of food.

The Buddha as a lot to say about lust ~ mostly he says that lust causes pain. And you can’t argue with that either. ❤
